But, what about the internet connection is from hand to mouth like a dial-up, you may just be browsing and chatting, that is also slow.

If you want to connect more freely with the fast or slow, you can do a few steps just to get a more optimal results.

In fact, when you're browsing, chat, download, or anything connected to the Internet, Windows take your bandwidth quota of 20%! The numbers are not big enough? To take back your bandwidth quota, follow the steps below:

1. Click [Start]> [Run], type gpedit.msc and press [Enter].
2. Go to the [Local Computer Policy]> [Computer Configuration]> [Administrative Templates]> [Network]> [QoS Packet Scheduler].
3. On the right panel find the setting called Limit reservable bandwidth, then click ganda.
4. Then, the next window, select [Enabled] of the three options in the radio button. At the bottom, replace 20 with 0 in the [Bandwidth limit (%)].
5. Click [Apply] [OK].
